We are searching for an Assistant Area Cleaning Manager. This is a new position we have created due to growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting & managing their own team, building excellent relationships with their co-workers. You will be self-motivated & have the capability to problem solve & ‘think on your feet’. A desire to provide excellent customer care is essential, as you will be the face to face contact for your own customer portfolio. Good administrative capabilities are a key element of this role. A knowledge of COSHH & an understanding of Health & Safety would be beneficial. A full UK driving licence is a necessity. This position is initially for 20 hours, however we are looking for a candidate who will grow with the company & become a cornerstone of this family run organisation. Salary on application.
